The 22nd World LP Gas Forum in Rio de Janeiro from 7-9 October demonstrated an LP Gas industry that is alive and dynamic ready to innovate and work together!

A total of 1731 LP Gas professionals from around the world attended the entire Forum, this is the biggest amount of people at a Forum ever. Delegates at the Latin America Day + FORUM came to 842 as well as exhibitors and visitors at the exhibition a total of 839.

Rio de Janeiro, one of the key hubs in Latin America for growth, was a strategic choice for the Forum and this is due to the fact that LP Gas plays a very important role in Latin America. In fact, more than 80% of Brazil’s LP Gas demand is used in domestic applications, this demand has major potential to grow. Brazil is the sixth consumer of LP Gas in the domestic sector worldwide and the ninth in all sectors worldwide. Mexico is the fifth consumer in the domestic sector; and the seventh in all sectors worldwide.

This was the most original Forum to date with an exhibition that was extremely well visited.
