1. By entering this competition, you accept and agree to the following terms and conditions which will govern the competition. Furthermore, you verify that you are unaware of any reason legally prohibiting you from entering this competition and, if the competition requires the submission of photographs, artworks or images of people, or of anything else that requires consent or copyright, that you have the necessary consent and authority to do so, if required. Any entrant who contravenes these rules may be disqualified from the competition.

 

2. This is a digitally run competition. Only entries received online via LPGSA’s official Instagram page and website will be accepted.

 

3. The promoters of this competition are LPGSA.

 

4. The competition will run from August 2023 to December 2023. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed r damaged in transmission. Entries reflected on the promoter’s records will be treated as the only validation source and will be the only evidence of successful entries.

 

5. To enter the competition:
6. Take a picture of Gasper if you have seen him online or in you mall.
7. Send us the picture via DM on any of our social media platforms excluding Whatsapp
8. Visit our website and fill in the form under the competition tab
9. Once you have filled in the form, wait to find out if you have won.

 

6. There will be one winner who will be announced on our social media page on the 12^th of December, 2023.

 

7. The prize is non-negotiable and non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

 

8. LPGSA will try to contact the winner for seven (7) days following the announcement. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to messages within that time period or chooses to decline the prize, their prize will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen as soon as possible.

 

9. LPGSA’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

10. By entering this competition, the entrant consents to LPGSA using names and images taken of the winner for publicity purposes, without any further remuneration being payable to the winner. The winner may decline to participate in any promotional activity by notifying LPGSA in writing. All promotional material will become the sole property of LPGSA.

 

11. You may not enter this competition if you are a director, member, partner, employee, business associate or consultant of LPGSA.

 

12. Participants in this competition hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless LPGSA and their successors, employees, officers, suppliers, contractors, agents, consultants, directors and shareholders from and against any losses, claims, proceedings, actions, damages, liability for harm, injury or death, demands, expenses or any costs howsoever arising out of their participation in this competition or their use of the prizes and/or any person with whom they share that prize.

 

13. This competition is not in any way affiliated to Instagram.

 

14. Participants understand and agree that in order to offer the competition, LPGSA may need to collect and use personal and/professional information about the participants.

 

15. LPGSA reserves the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time if deemed necessary in their own opinion or if circumstances arise outside of their control.
